Ever wanted to work for Disney but don’t leave near one of the parks or headquarters? Looks like you have the chance to do it now depending on what you career path is.
Disney is hiring in seven states, but you don’t have to live in those states. Slip on those goofy slippers and get ready to work from home. The position requires employees to assist guests over the phone and through email, escalating issues to the appropriate supervisor or manager. In the job description, the company says that it is the cast member’s job “to create magical moments for guests of all ages.”
Not only do you get to say you work for Disney but it comes with some good benefits and perks: weekly pay, paid time off, and AFFORDABLE healthcare options for full-time positions. Cast members also get discounts at certain Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts and get exclusive sneak previews of new attractions, parks, and resorts.
Does this sound right up your main street? If so, make sure your qualifications match. You’ll need at least a high school diploma or equivalent degree, excellent communication skills and a reliable high-speed internet connection. They’re also looking for computer proficiency, attention to detail, and good team working skills. Bonus if you are bilingual in Spanish!
To apply, visit Disney’s career page and search “work from home.” Good luck!
